Shipping Policy

 

Zovrila currently ships to street addresses within the contiguous United States.

 

Processing Time

 

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after normal business hours begin processing the next business day.

 

Transit Time

 

Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 6–13 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

 

Rates and Tracking

 

Any shipping charge is clearly displayed at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, it is emailed after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

 

Review your address carefully before checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. If a package is marked delivered but missing, check the property and contact the carrier, then email us for assistance.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Email support@zovrila.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
