30-Day Return Policy

 

We want you to feel confident in every Zovrila purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

 

Eligibility

 

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and components. Proof of purchase is required. Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible. Please do not send an item back without authorization.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Email support@zovrila.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the approved return address.

 

Return Shipping

 

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

Refunds

 

We inspect returns after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Cancellations

 

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it enters processing. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
